Easy 30-day return/exchange policy,

You can return or exchange the items 30 days after receiving and request a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at  customercare@eternalperfumeoils.com.

Free items such as car diffusers, 3ml samples (single bottles and samples packs) cannot be exchanged or returned for refunds.

If you received a free 30ml bottle and wish to exchange it, you will have to cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
